Royal Sutton Coldfield Centre's donations to the National Trust in 2024
Last year we made £6000 in donations to local National Trust properties – this is how the money will be used:
£1500 to Clent Hills to support biodiversity offsetting within a sewage project.
£1500 to Moseley Old Hall to support their Stable Croft Outdoors project or to enable them to make use of scanning that they have of the upper floors of the house for visitors who cannot access these areas providing a screen and means to see rooms virtually.
£1500 to Shugborough to create four small shallow ponds throughout the new Forest Garden.
£1500 to Wightwick - £400 to conserve and repair a Kelmscott Press book “Child Christopher and Godilind the Fair” ahead of an exhibition. The remainder of the donation for will go towards improving the lighting on Edward Burne-Jones “Love Among the Ruins”
