The Centre runs two coach holidays a year for members and friends.

​

All our holidays visit National Trust properties as well as other places of interest like gardens, railways, beauty spots and cathedrals.

 

Accommodation is half board in good quality hotels.

​

These holidays are a great way to visit new parts of the country amongst friends.

​

This year’s holiday will be to Montrose, Scotland from Wednesday 4 June to Tuesday 10 June 2025. £854.50 per person – deposit £50. Donation to NT and expenses £10 paid to NTSC at date to be confirmed.

Itinerary

Day 1: Travel to Edinburgh area. Overnight hotel including dinner and breakfast

 

Day 2: Falkland Palace (NT)

The Links Hotel, Montrose

 

Day 3: Newton Farm Including Tray Bakes – Shortbreads etc – Tea/Coffee, followed by Glamis Castle

 

Day 4: Crathes Castle (NT) including guided tour

 

Day 5: Balmoral. We visit the interior of the Ballroom which contains a collection of hung paintings by Prince Charles – Audio Guided Visit of Gardens – Visit to Crathie Church on the Estate, and Ballater

 

Day 6: St Andrews and Jedburgh

Redworth Hall, Durham - overnight
